This is always a big deal. Can people see it? Can they tell you're carrying? The answer is probably no.

Here are some pictures I took a couple years ago that show how little a gun really does print..and keep in mind that very few people will look closely enough to tell.

Very good representation of how easily you can conceal a decent size handgun. Very Happy

Yes I also find that my pistol doesn't profile or bulge so much if I swing around to my front side, if I put it directly on my side it can be seen bulging there, i wear a looser top or blouse if I plan on packing it there and not in my purse or other bag.

Where are you ladies getting the mesh belts with what appears to be low profile/thin buckles? One issue I have is that the belt buckle sticks out and draws attention to the fact that I'm wearing one. Why would a woman wear a belt with a shirt out over it? Just looks ridiculous. Granted, I'm not thin and curvy and that doesn't help. But, I'd love to see if a belt like yours would print less.

Mine is made by Wilderness, but its pretty big, thick. A good belt is really needed to retain the gun. Kind of counter-intuitive, but I also have an easier time concealing a gun when my pants are sort of snug.

I tend to always wear a belt, whether I carry or not, with any pants that have belt loops, but in a lot of cases, the belt itself is no help in holding up the gun. It's just a personal habit.

I need to find a couple of really good belts.

These belts are awesome! I have the Cobra with a break away buckle and love it.

I have the Wilderness also, but prefer to wear the Ares. AND... you can get it in different colors. I have the black.

Thanks so much for the replies! I agree that a belt is paramount when carrying, but can't seem to find one that doesn't 'enhance' my slight apple shape. Hopefully, one of these will do the trick.

Once I got a Sticky Holster, I finally carry everyday, no clips,or belt loops. Right or left handle inside the waistband or pocket/purse, very versitle and only $25 I could even hide a full size gun if I wanted to.

You can google it and check out the web site ...the material has a sticky feel to it which can be cleaned with windex if gets dirty , I have not had to do anything to it in 6 months. I wear mine inside the waist band ,as long as I have a belt on, either appendix , or kidney depending on which pants I wear, as we all know you have to love the spandex material they have added to jeans, not liking it. Very comfortable to wear and the cost is only $25, we carry them at On Target Gun Store in Kalamazoo , can't miss them bright Green packaging.

I got mine at a gun show. I think it's a Wilderness one.

So far as it sticking out, sure it does, but no one notices it. I never tuck in shirts, and if it isn't tucked in, who cares if you are wearing a belt or not? *shrug*

ETA: find what works best for your body, and don't be afraid to try anything. Obviously, there is no sure fire answer on what works best for every body.
